ABM Crusades Program Description: A regular contingent of ministers, counselors, and those giving testimonies (usually ex-offenders) is maintained for this program. The services are conducted much like a church service, including singing, special music, presentation of the Gospel, and an invitation to Christ. Follow-up is made through written communication each week for five weeks to those making a profession of faith, then further fostered through the chaplains at the institutions. ABM USDA Food Pantry Program Description: Food insecure households who meet the USDA poverty guidelines can register. Distribution is the last two (2) Fridays of each month. Each Thursday before the distribution day, registration is conducted from 8:30 – 10:30 am. Costs per Family per Month $13.69
ABM Crisis Counseling Program Description: Many clients need and receive spiritual consultation that is often partnered with vouchers for clothing, food, and/or furniture. Clients receiving vouchers must have a valid Identification Card or Driver’s License. In cases of furniture vouchers, clients are responsible for pick-up and transportation of furniture items received. Costs per person $107.87
ABM Family Restoration Program Description: The Ministry provides transportation to correctional facilities on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Saturdays of each month, in addition to special trips. Visitation is from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The Ministry transports clients to the prison and picks them up for return back to Tampa. This is open to all interested persons. Costs per Person per Month $64.84
ABM Transitional Living Program Program Description: A 12-month program established to provide the ex-offender with a safe residence, afford him the opportunity to attain employment, assist him in re-acclimating to society, and disciple him in living accountably and productive in the mainstream of life and creates an environment where ex-offenders who are motivated and committed to changing their lives can do so. 1 out of 12 Men Successfully Completed the Program and Returned to Jail or Prison Over the Last 3 Years. Eight times better results for half the money!
