The Islamic Development Bank has an important role for Africa and middle East : an important part of the Loan decided during the Donors Meeting by the World Bank and the multilateral Banks has been decreased after the 11th September probably upon suggestion coming from USA against the terrorist organisation of “Islamic matrix” The contribution on Investments in Africa coming from IDB is now 6% on total amount of Grants and Loans coming from the others Banks. This contribution is appointed to become at least 10-12% in the future .
The Energy globally represents a percentage of 14% on total Loans and Grants approved.This percentage seems to be assigned to increase of at least 2% due to the necessity in improving mainly the Agriculture and the efficiency in Transport.
