JC-61 BB-RF Interface • BB-RF draft standard has been finalized and will be submitted to ballot for ratification in August • All 43 JC-61 member companies are urged to review and vote • Work on Interoperability and Compatibility requirements continuing Tim Wakeley, HP

JC-61 U/L MAC Interface • Draft standard will adopt first 5 chapters of BB-RF standard by reference and add additional U/L MAC specific chapters • First baseline draft to be submitted for adoption at September meeting Tim Wakeley, HP

JC-61 Ballot Results • Committee approved submittal to FCC of letter supporting NOI on modular approval rules • Committee agreed to discontinue work on traditional MAC-PHY interface at PHY-SAP Tim Wakeley, HP
