District Program Planning Committee (DPPC) Six Directors from around the country Charged to develop a strategic plan for the District Program Accomplishes this by: Developing materials for all districts Assisting in recruitment and training Gathering metrics on the program’s performance Providing feedback and suggestions to the EC Overseeing other District Director programs Tricia is a charter member!
