  4. SISTEMA NACIONAL DE INFORMACIÓN CATASTRAL PREDIAL • De acuerdo a la Directiva Nº 002-2006-SNCP, las nuevas Series de Escalas y Códigos de las Hojas Cartográficas son las aprobadas por el IGN las que están delimitados por coordenadas geográficas, derivadas de la Carta Nacional e identificadas.

SISTEMA NACIONAL DE INFORMACIÓN CATASTRAL PREDIAL • Conclusiones La Base Cartográfica Oficial es elaborada con el formato y la codificación que estipula el Sistema de las Series de Escalas Cartográficas de acuerdo a la Directiva Nº 002-2006-SNCP. Las coordenadas planas por utilizar, están referidas al sistema WGS-84. La producción de Cartografía Básica Oficial, obedece a normas y estándares internacionales, entre otros al Internacional Cartographic Association-ICA y el International Standards Organization-ISO; por lo que, los formatos presentados muestra un código internacional que corresponde al empleado por el National Geoespatial Agency-NGA. El Sistema identifica las hojas cartográficas en las respectivas series. Está referenciado con el sistema de clasificación por zonas que incorpora la proyección UTM y del Mapa Internacional del Mundo.
