  6. ST: Who Does What? If no involvement of the leader, IPSI provides a proposal (BE) ready to submit, but: 1.1. IPSI writes the first draft and leaves the leader to make each sentence perfect. 1.2. IPSI provides 8h of work on this; only web search for Stanford + MIT + UCB. Leader the rest. 1.3. IPSI helps line-up the partners.
