  5. Fibre • Helps you digest foods • 2 types • 18 grams a day • Soluble (digests slowly) • Insoluble (digests quickly) • Sources • Veggies, nuts, beans

  6. Vitamins • Boosts energy • 2 types • Fat soluble • Water soluble • Sources • Vegetables, fruits, vitamin tablets
