VICTIM CARDS. To use victim cards, print 4 or 6 slides per page, then cut out each slide. Assign a card to each victim and moulage accordingly. Slides can be duplicated or modified to fit the exercise scenario. VICTIM 1. Ambulatory – responds to voice triage

VICTIM 1 Ambulatory – responds to voice triage Minor bleeding from above right eye Should act concerned about others and offer to help
VICTIM 2 Bleeding extremity (Right upper leg) Unconscious Should not respond, as if they were dead
VICTIM 3 Ambulatory Does not respond to voice commands Should wander around confused Minor bleeding from inside of left ear
VICTIM 4 No signs of bleeding Unconscious
VICTIM 5 No bleeding Conscious Does not follow simple commands
VICTIM 6 Minor bleeding from right forearm Conscious but disoriented Should act extremely nervous/scared
VICTIM 7 Laceration to right forearm Fracture of left lower leg
VICTIM 8 Right femur fracture Arterial bleeding from right wrist
VICTIM 9 Non-ambulatory with Left lower leg fracture Venous bleeding from right elbow Parent of lost child, should ask responders frantically where child is
VICTIM 10 Uninjured Lost child, should wander around asking where the parent is
