Comparison of Department President and Secretary Duties • The President and Secretary have similar functions with the exception of the following: • President has access to view a few options related to the Finances of the Department including: • Withdrawals from National • Deposits by National • Receipts • President can only view Installation Reports and Officers • President can only view Delegate information • Secretary can manage Auxiliary Information including: • Auxiliary Meeting Information • Auxiliary Mailing Addresses • Secretary can manage Installation Reports and Officers • Secretary can manage Delegate information
Manage Delegates Currently disabled until entry is allowed in April. There will be some modifications to make it easier this year.
