  2. PORTACIÓN DE ARMA Para dicha portación se debe de cumplir con los siguientes requisitos: Prueba toxicológica de 3 elementos • Cainas (cocaína) • Benzodiacepinas (diasepan) • Canabinoides (marihuana) Con fundamento en el Art. 26 e) Ley F.A.F.E.

  3. PRUEBA MEDICA DE BUEN ESTADO DE SALUD • Que se obtiene de la entrevista y con el objetivo de saber de enfermedades hereditarias o desarrolladas a si como de vicios actuales que no impidan la operación de la herramienta de cargo (arma).

  4. PRUEBA PSICOLOGICA • Con el objeto de descubrir enfermedades mentales o padecimientos psicométricos.

  5. BUEN ESTADO DE SALUD FISICA Y MENTAL • Con el objeto de tener un parámetro en la condición física de la persona a si como de la salud mental a nivel familiar y social. Con fundamento en la Ley General de Salud Art.1, 2, 3.

  7. ADIESTRAMIENTO Contar con el adiestramiento certificado y avalado por: • S.D.N. (cartilla de servicio militar nacional liberada)

  8. ADIESTRAMIENTO • S.S.P. (constancia de academia municipal o estatal) • S.T.P.S. (constancias, reconocimientos, diplomas con respecto a toda capacitación laboral abalada por esta secretaria)
