  2. I wanted to twist the story around so that the “ugly” ducking is the beautiful one. The rest of the family are to have a look about them that is often looked down upon in society, for example, piercings and coloured hair.

  4. Angle Shot 2: Level Camera Angle A view of the older ducks, sharing A moment of passion holding hands, looking content.

  5. Angle Shot 3: Close Up. Children in the background. Blue eyes and red lips, a few details of colour on the ducks . All other images are black and white, to emphasize the small moments of colour that appear.
