We are going to ask that we collect the money before departing, so that we can give these tips to the appropriate personnel without having to collect it at each stop/location. $6 per person per day for the tour director for 7 days = $42 $3 per person per day for the bus driver for 7 days = $21 $2 per person for the one local guide you’ll have - $8 Total: $71 per person Every establishment in Spain will include a service charge in the price of the meal or drink.  However it’s still common to tip at restaurants and after taking a taxi; usually a tip is 5-10% of the price.
