Timetable • Cabinet / Committee reports late November / early December • Executive Scrutiny Board 11 December 2014 • Consultation December / January 2015 • Formal approval sought through Borough Councils early 2015 • Submit our “scheme” (our proposal) to the Secretary of State February / March 2015 • Government begins drafting of Orders, involving our legal teams • General Election May 2015 • Government consultation and debates in both Houses of Parliament summer 2015 • CA established possibly as early as October 2015
