Estaactividad se considera ilegal en gran parte del mundo, pero persiste en lospaísespobres y donde losderechoshumanos son pisoteadoscotidianamente. Los paísesdonde estefenómenoestámásdesarrollado son: China, India y Suramérica. La pobrezadeja su marca

  3. Este fenómeno se encuentra en diferentesrealidades y puedeserpasivo o voluntario. Es pasivo en el caso, por ejemplo, de lostraficantescuandosecuestran a laspersonas en loshospitales o en lascalles, o biencuando se extraen losórganosa lospresoscondenados a muerte.
