  3. 9.2 • Provide leadership in promoting sustainable changes in service delivery and practice to improve the quality of social services. • Example: Seeing what needs to be improved at your agency, not only from your opinion, client input is necessary in addition. • Exit interview: What can Southeastern Family Violence Center do to improve services?
