Presidentide nõupidamine 16.11.2012 Paide • Budapest 07.-08.11.1999, kus toimus PresidentialDistrictinWorkshop, teatati kohapeal RI Boardi otsust, et piirkonna miinimumsuurus on 50 asemel 75 klubi. • 09.11.2012 seisuga: • D1360 Island - 31 klubi • D1420 Soome – 60 klubi ca 2800 liiget, Eesti – 15 klubi 507 liiget • D2410 Rootsi – 51 klubi. Läti – 19 klubi • D1460 Taani -51 klubi, Leedu – 45 klubi • D2240 Tšehhi – 47 klubi, Slovakkia – 21 klubi • D2230 Poola – 75 klubi, Ukraina – 46 klubi, Valgevene – 3 klubi • D1912 Sloveenia – 44 klubi • 2008.a kavandasi sloveenid oma distrikti. Tehti väga hea detailne uute klubide loomise kava, milles klubide nimed ja charterdamise kuud. • 2008 – 40 klubi, 2009 – 46, 2010 – 54 ja 2011 – 57. Täna on aga 44 klubi.

  3. Leedu on juba ammu seadnud eesmärgiks saavutada 1.juuliks 2000.a. iseseisva piirkonna staatus. RI Boardiotsuses nr 367/1997 on öeldud “look withfavour on theestablishmentof a regulardistrictinLithuania” • Leedu: 1999.a Leedu rotary-matriklis 27 klubi, millest 7 klubi RI sertifikaadita, 2008.a 41 klubi 1300 liikmega, 2012.a 45 klubi 1333 liiget, 6 aktiivselt tegutsevat Rotaract klubi (2 juurde tulemas), 2 Interact klubi ja 7 InnerWheele klubi. • D1460 PDG 2009/10 VirginijusKontrimas Kaunas RC • D1460 GovernorElect 2013/14 Dr.JuozasSarkus Vilnius RC • RI Zone 16 Past Director Barry Mattheson • RI president 2005-06 Carl-Wilhelm Stenhammar allkirjastas Tallinna Rotary Klubi uue sertifikaadi, millel on klubi asutamiskuupäevaks märgitud 02.august 1930.a RI presidendi Almon E.
