  1. PROGRAMA PROVINCIAL DE DETECCIÓN PRECOZ DEL CÁNCER DE MAMA CENTRO MEDICINA PREVENTIVA “DR. E. CONI”

  2. MARCO LEGAL • Ministerio de Desarrollo Social y Salud - Ley N° 5773 y Decreto Regl. N° 730 : Sanciona la creación del Programa de Prevención de Cáncer de Cuello Uterino y Mama. • Comisión Asesora en Patología Mamaria (Decreto N° 730/93). • Comisión Científica del Programa (Decreto N° 730/93).

  3. ENFOQUE DEL PROGRAMA • Orden programático y organizativo (gerenciamiento / planificación ). • Establecer la red. • Presupuesto. • Captación de pacientes. • Asistencial.

  4. FINALIDAD DEL PROGRAMA • Disminuir la mortalidad en mujeres por encima de los 50 años. • Organización del Sistema Sanitario.

  5. MODALIDAD DEL PROGRAMA • Acuerdos con Redes del Programa : (Centros Coordinadores por zona,Centros Asistenciales periféricos y Hospitales) para organizar estrategias de trabajo en la prevención , detección y tratamiento de la patología mamaria.

  6. DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PROGRAMA • Provee atención gratuita. • Consultas : - espontáneas, -derivadas, -reclutamiento por padrón electoral (objetivo - prueba piloto). • Grupo blanco :Población definida : -mujeres sanas , - 40 -65 años.

  7. AREAS DE INTERVENCIÓN -REDES- • VALLE DE UCO: Tupungato, Tunuyan, San Carlos. • ZONA NO: Lavalle, Santa Rosa, La Paz. • ZONA E: San Martín, Junín, Rivadavia. • ZONA SUR: General Alvear, San Rafael, Malargüe. • GRAN MENDOZA: Zona N: Capital, Guaymallén, Las Heras. Zona S: Godoy Cruz, Luján, Maipú.

  8. PROTOCOLO DE TRABAJO • Examen médico y uso de Historia Clínica Unificada. • Screening mamográfico. • Mujeres sanas entre los 40 y 65 años. • Archivo de pacientes- Base de datos. • Derivación a Hospital de referencia por zona.

  9. CALENDARIO DEL PROGRAMA • Habilitado todo el año.

  10. ACCESO AL PROGRAMA • Centro de Referencia del Programa:Centro de Medicina Preventiva “Dr.E. Coni”-Servicio de Ginecología, Patología Mamaria, Tel:0261-4251622. • Centros Salud Perifericos.

  11. TV. RADIO DIARIOS DE LA PROVINCIA ENCUESTA EN LOS CENTROS DE ATENCIÓN CHARLA EN COLEGIOS ACTIVIDAD EN TERRENO COMUNICACIÓN

  12. RESULTADOS DEL PROGRAMA

  13. CONSULTA MÉDICA- HCL • 16,8%-41-65 AÑOS n=660 MUJERES= 657 VARONES= 3 LES.DETEC.=36=5,4% DERIV. CIRUGÍA=26=72,2% CONTROL=10=27,7% =3,9 %

  17. SOLICITUD DE MAMOGRAFÍA n=660 279= 42,2% VUELVEN= 66= 23,6%

  18. ENCUESTA CONOCE AUTOEXAMEN M= 50% • 34,5%=41 a 65 AÑOS n= 746 CONTROL MÉDICO = 28,2%

  19. CONCLUSIÓN DE RESULTADOS • La población no está concientizada de la problemática que representa el cáncer de mama. • La no concientización se evidencia:-poca consulta espontánea -una vez realizada la consulta, el poco retorno.

  20. CONCLUSIÓN DEL PROGRAMA • Necesidad de fortalecer Redes. • Necesidad de referentes en los diferentes Centros. • Celeridad de procesos. • Incrementar la actividad en terreno. • Incrementar presupuesto.
