2. 1. E-Vojvоdina Programme • Realization of E-Vojvodinaprogramme, one of programmes for economical development of Vojvodina, is currently in progress. • Programme plan is given in document E-Vojvodina Realization programme, from second half of year 2005. • Many activities are planed in that document.

3. E-Vojvodina programme is led and coordinated by Provincial secretariat for science and technological development. • Professional service for implementation of the integrated regional development plan of the APVojvodina is responsiblefor monitoring and controlling of financial situation and Programme realization. • Office for joint affairs of provincial bodies is responsible for implementation, maintenance and development.

4. 5 projects(Faculty of Technical Sciences and Faculty of Natural Sciences): • Concept and standards for establishing ICT in administrative bodies of APV • Information and communication infrastructure of E-Vojvodina • Intranet system for Executive Council and Assembly of APV • Software support for e-Vojvodina • Specification of informational requirements for E-Vojvodina system public services 4

Application for Management of Executive Council Sittings • Preparation of documents for Executive Council sitting, • Electronic management of working bodies and commissions, • Electronic monitoring of Executive Council sittings • Application provides work with documents in electric form, business processes defining and workflow control 6

7. Application characteristics • Client/Server architecture, • Multiplatform server part (Windows and Unix platforms) • Server and client side applications are based on open-source technologies. • Application does not depend on database type • Application also supports PostgreSQL, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle. • System currently uses Microsoft SQL Server. • The Applicationsupports interoperability with other platforms using open standards • Application user interface is multilingual. 10/11/2014 7

8. 4. BISIS library software system for the library of the Government of the AP of Vojvodina • Catalogization of monographies and serial publications, doctoral theses and articles; search of records via the Internet; procurement and ordering. • The existing bibliographic records have been transcribed in UNIMARC format of BISIS system and a single base of bibliographic records in BISIS system have been set up.

9. 5. Portal of Public Services System of the AP of Vojvodina Access point for all public services that are realized in the Province’s public services systems. This way many public services currently existing, are integrated in one entity. The implemented modules are: • External access point (the system point of access of citizens and business entities); • Internal access point (the system point of access of provincial employees); • Module for definition of users’ roles and access authorization; • Module for content update; • Server for indexing and storage of the content; • Module for the content access control; • Module for multilingual support; • Creation of the public services register.

10. 6. Digitalization, archiving and document management software Application provides for creation and preparing of electronic documents for joint post managing office of provincial bodies. The application provides creating of documents in electronic form, their distribution, exchanging, searching and archiving. SW is based on document management system and workflow control. Application supports transformation documents into digital form. External users can check status of their documents via Internet and sms.

11. 7. Public access points for eVojvodina services The project goals were to: • analyze current stage of development and level of sophistication of public services in competence of provincial and local (municipal) authorities; • estimate number, type and disposition of public access points in AP of Vojvodina; • specify equipment for identified types of public access points; • specify Internet connections for public access points; • specify resources needed and timeframes for implementation and maintenance of vertical and horizontal web portals; • specify timeframes for implementationof public access points in AP of Vojvodina; • specifymaintenanceof public access points and user support (organizational and financial aspect).

12. 8. Implementation of InformationSecurityManagementSystem(ISMS) in compliance with ISO27001 standard, in order to acquire ISO27001 certificate for Government of APV and provincial bodies Having ISO27001 certificate, Government will be able to guarantee utmost level of security of public services delivery, privacy, integrity and accessibility of services and user data. Training for employees will take place, in order to enhance awareness of the relevance and importance of their information security activities and contribution to the achievement of the ISMS objectives.

13. 9. Strategy of monitoring and managing development of ICT systems in Vojvodina’s municipalities (eMunicipality) The main goal is ICT investment optimization, joint procurements in ICT area, faster and uniform development, and better cooperation of Vojvodina’s municipalities based on use of ICT. Objectives : • Improved accessibility of public services • One-stop-shop • Horizontal and vertical portals • Enhanced citizens’ adoption of eGovernment on provincial and local level

14. 10. Alfresco supported electronic documents exchange The main goal is reengineering of document exchange processes inter- and intra- provincial bodies. The aim is to establish exchange of electronic, instead of paper documents in all internal administrative processes. Expected results: • Increase of efficacy of provincial administration • Budget savings

15. 11. Implementation and training for use of Alfresco digital signature module in compliance with XMLSignaturespecification Open source Alfresco system for electronic data management is scalable. The aim of this project is pilot-implementation of Alfresco digital signature module and organizing training for employees (in provincial bodies) for usage of digital signature in internal exchange of documents and communications supported by local area network services. Training will include basics of Extensible Markup Language (XML). Employees will learn about XML digital signature specifications.

16. 12. Provincial administrative registries The aim of this project is to specify functional and non-functional software characteristics for support of public services – provincial administrative registries of institutions in area of education, culture and health. Such public services are in accordance with EU recommendations, and they are necessary for improving efficacy and effectiveness of administrative monitoring and planning, especially in sector areas of education, culture and health. Pilot implementation of software specified in this project is to take place in one provincial secretariat, competent for planning in sector area of major interest.

17. 13. CMD Build based management of IT configurations CMDBuild is a configurable web application to model and manage a database containing assets (CMDB stands for "Configuration and Management Data Base") and handle related workflow operations. The aim is to let the operators have full control of the assets used, knowing exactly composition, dislocation, functional relations and history. CMDBuild is a centralized management module working with databases and external applications: automatic inventory, documents management, text processing, directory services, e-mail, monitoring systems, intranet portals and other information systems. CMDBuild is a flexible and user-upgradeable system and uses the best practices defined by ITIL (IT Information Library). Pilot implementation in local area network of provincial bodies is to take place, with aim to monitor hardware, software, human and other resources of information system of provincial bodies.
