PATOLOGÍA TUMORAL : OLIGODENDROGLIOMA GRADO II A B C D E F (A) Axial FRSSE T2; (B) 3D SPGR reconstrucción facial y tumoral,(C) 3D SPGR Reconstrución VR corte antero-superior, (D) 3D SPGR Reconstrución VR corte postero-superior,(E) 3D SPGR Reconstrución VR corte superior y (F) 3D SPGR VR corte anterosuperior. Tumor insular izquierdo.

PATOLOGÍA TUMORAL : OLIGODENDROGLIOMA GRADO II A B C E F D (A)Perfusión con una ratio de VCR de 1,7, (B), (C) y (D) Funcional con paradigma de generación verbal con activación de área de Broca ( flecha roja), cortex dorsolateral (flecha azul) y área premotora (flecha amarilla),(E) Espectroscopía TE 35 ms ,(F) Espectroscopía 144 ms. Elevación del pico de colina (cabeza de flecha amarilla) , disminución del pico de NAA (cabeza de flecha azul) y elevación del pico de mioínositol (cabeza de flecha roja).

PATOLOGÍA TUMORAL : OLIGODENDROGLIOMA GRADO II FFOI FFOI CRA BACI FLI FLI FLI CRA BACI CRA BACI FFOS TCE TCB TCP RTS TCE TCB TCP RTS TCE TCB TCP RTS Tensor de difusión , mapas de colores axiales. El tumor desplaza en dirección medial las fibras FFOI, corona radiada anterior y contacta con el FLI.
