INICIATIVAS ESPECIFICAS Fortalecer la Asociación de Municipios del PCC; Garantizar espacios institucionales a los 51 municipios del PCC; Refundar el CIT; Acompañar el acuerdo de las tres ciudades capitales con el gobierno nacional; Potenciar las agendas regionales de los Concejos y las Asambleas.
