  5. Method • Registrars & Neurosurgeons & Endovascular Neuro-radiologists (n=13) • Questionnaire with clinical scenarios to grade with WFNS SAH grading system

  6. Conclusion • There is considerable inter-observer variability • Could have impact on clinical studies of SAH patients where WFNS grading system is used. • Need a revised WFNS grading system
