MVNO’s • ESPN launched their MVNO in February 2006 to offer scores, highlights, alerts and video clips at the push of a button • MVNO means Mobile Virtual Network Operators • Big name companies like ESPN, Disney, Amped, 7-Eleven, and Virgin Mobile all offer MVNO’s • I chose this topic because in the near future MVNO’s will revolutionize the way we receive information • I gathered my research through articles within the Academic Search Premiere Database

  3. Mobile ESPN • ESPN Mobile has its upsides and down sides • I found the realistic capabilities of the ESPN mobile products did not meet the expectations of consumers • In my opinion, ESPN’s attempt to provide a successful MVNO is a failure

Say No to ESPN Mobile….. • After all the Information I’ve found I do not recommend purchasing the ESPN Mobile Service & here are my main reason for this….. • Cost of service outweighs the benefits • Poor Service & quality • Variety of options are limited • Capabilities don’t realistically meet expectations
