  3. Service Of Booster Pumps & Wells Shut Down Power/Lockout-Tagout Disassemble Pump Clean All Parts Replace All Bearings, Packings & Seals Repair Or Replace Other Parts As Needed Reassemble Pump Realign Pump Lubricate With Ultra Sound Equipment Test & Bring Back On Line

  5. Fire Hydrant Flushing & Valve Exercising Annually We Flush & Inspect All Fire Hydrants & Dead Ends With The Assistance Of Unified Fire Fully Close & Reopen Each Valve In Our Water System

  6. Tank Cleaning Clean, Inspect & Video Every 3-5 Years Why? This Provides Us With Visual Conditions Of The Inside Of Our Tanks This Allows Us To Clean The Tanks Without Taking Them Off-Line. All Our Water Tanks Were Cleaned In November 2010
