Introduction • Herriman City has experienced tremendous growth over the last several years • Many new subdivisions and associated roads have been constructed in the City
Deterioration • The rapid growth and construction activity has exposed our roads to traffic and heavy loads, which in some cases accelerated the deterioration of our roads
Inventory • Currently Herriman City has as an inventory of 17,821,898 SF of asphalt road. • A well implemented preventive Road Maintenance plan is needed to take care of our roads and keep them operative and functional.
