Objectives (1) • Critical mass and commitment from different stakeholders • Results (concepts, models, techniques, solutions) from all domains should be disseminated to widest possible community • In coordination with WP32 a continuous programme will be established • Encourage project members to disseminate results and participate in different events

Objectives (2) • Actions taken • Regulary newsletter • Organize and participate in conferences, workshops and seminars • Important scientific results will be published in international scientific journals • Publish articles in relevant magazines, journals and at conferences (e.g. Case oriented) • Collaboration with other relevant projects outside EURIDICE (for mutual benefit) • All actions aim to reach people from different countries interested in EURIDICE and establish a living community around the project

EURIDICE brochure and presentation • Development of common presentation material and brochures • Available first at month 6 • Updated versions at months 18 and 24 • Translation to different languages by different parties of EURIDICE • Key issue to reach audiences like small logistic service providers • Published material should be distributed at conferences, workshops and other related events to the project • Invloved parties should also actively distribute available material

Publication of technical and spezialised articles • List of relevant publications will be kept up-to-date • Periodical information of involved project members • All papers will be accessable via Portal • Common acknowledgement • Papers must be written as part of the European Project EURIDICE • Content of a paper has to be submitted 1?? week before submission • Papers related to a specific case or technical data need permission by the owner of the information • Publish papers and articles in relevant magazines

Seminars and workshops • Most relevant conferences need to be identified • Proposing of seminars and workshops to be held • Organisation of training seminars and workshops for input from external parties • A dedicated big event needs to be organized at the end of the project • In conjunction with an international conference • Addressing academic and industry world • EU Conference

Conclusion • Ambitious Dissemination Programme • A cooperation of all partners is required • Implementation of an extensive reporting system • The Euridice Role in the newly created CA needs to be clarified • Euridice needs to make best used out of the Commission Conference (early involvement is required) • Dissemination is an important element in the impact creation
