ทำไมต้องมา train? TNIS ใช้ Mailserver ระบบเก่ามานาน จำเป็นต้องเปลี่ยน เปลี่ยนเป็น Mailserver ตัวใหม่เป็น Microsoft Exchange ในวันเสาร์ที่ 23 ตุลาคม 2553 เป็นต้นไป มีผลทำให้ mail ที่แต่ละคนใช้ ต้อง set up ใหม่ เพื่อให้เชื่อมต่อกับระบบใหม่ได้

  1. ทำไมต้องมา train? • TNIS ใช้ Mailserver ระบบเก่ามานาน จำเป็นต้องเปลี่ยน • เปลี่ยนเป็น Mailserver ตัวใหม่เป็น Microsoft Exchange ในวันเสาร์ที่ 23 ตุลาคม 2553 เป็นต้นไป • มีผลทำให้ mail ที่แต่ละคนใช้ ต้อง set up ใหม่ เพื่อให้เชื่อมต่อกับระบบใหม่ได้ • E-mail ของท่านจะถูกเปลี่ยนเป็น format ใหม่ name.<นามสกุล 2 หลักแรก> เช่น teerawut manate  teerawut.ma@tnis.com

  2. มีผลกระทบอย่างไร? • ท่านที่ใช้ Outlook 2010/2007/2003 ก็ยังคงใช้ Outlook เดิมต่อไป ไม่ต้อง upgrade • ต้องทำการ Join MS Exchange ตามคู่มือ รายละเอียดdownload ได้จาก exchange-info.tnis.com • ท่านที่ใช้ Outlook Express จำเป็นต้องใช้ OWA แทนทั้งหมด

OWA Outlook Web App • ใช้ทำอะไร? • Change Password ซึ่งต้องทำทุกท่าน ทุก30 วัน • ใช้เมื่อต้องการรับ-ส่ง Mail ที่ไหนก็ได้ (ผู้ที่มีสิทธิ์) • ใช้ร่วมกับ MS Outlook 2010/2007/2003 ที่ใช้อยู่เวลาใดก็ได้ • ใช้ทดแทน Outlook Express ตลอดไป จนกว่าท่านจะเปลี่ยน Outlook เป็น Microsoft • ใช้ทดแทน Mail อื่นๆ เช่น MacMail, WindowsMailตลอดไป • ความปลอดภัยขั้นสูง ไม่ต้องใช้ VPN ดู Mail อีกต่อไป • ใช้กับ IE 7, Google Chrome 6.0, firefox 3.0 ขึ้นไป

  4. Train อะไร? ลำดับ การ train ในวันนี้ จะเริ่มด้วย OWA – change password คู่มือการ join Exchange ด้วย Outlook 2010/2007/2003 การใช้งาน OWA สำหรับผู้ที่ใช้ Outlook Express ในปัจจุบัน

  5. ข้อควรรู้-1 การเปลี่ยน Password จะต้องเปลี่ยนใน OWA เท่านั้น และ password ที่ตั้งใหม่ต้องมีความยาว 8 หลัก ขึ้นไป contact ส่วนตัวต้อง drag-drop จาก contact เดิม มายัง Exchange ด้วยตัวเอง Mail server ตัวเก่ายังใช้ reply mail เก่าได้จนถึงสิ้นเดือน ธค. 53 แต่ต้องรับด้วย mail ใหม่เท่านั้น หลังวันที่ 23ตค. เมื่อมีผู้ส่งmail เข้ามาด้วย email address เก่าของท่าน ระบบจะแจ้ง Auto-reply ว่า email address ของท่านได้เปลี่ยนไปแล้ว กรุณาส่ง mail ไปยัง contact ของท่านว่าท่านได้เปลี่ยน email address หลังวันที่ 23 ตค 53 ใช้งาน OWA ด้วย IE 7, Google Chrome 6.0, firefox 3.0 ขึ้นไป

  6. ข้อควรรู้-2 • user name: name.<นามสกุล 2 หลักแรก> เช่น teerawut manate  teerawut.ma@tnis.compassword ครั้งแรก : P@ssword<รหัสพนักงาน> เช่น P@ssword49028 • การเข้าสู่ OWA • Mailweb.tnis.com (สำหรับผู้ที่เคยใช้ newwebmail หรือ VPN เท่านั้น) • Mailintra.tnis.com (สำหรับพนักงานใน Head office) • รายละเอียด download ได้จาก exchange-info.tnis.com • กรณีมีปัญหาการใช้งาน Exchange • ในเวลาติดต่อ Helpdesk 02 343 9100 Ext 8015-7 • นอกเวลาติดต่อ 02 343 9102 ในช่วง ตค.- ธค.53
