Program Overview • Program Goals: • Provide Safety and Mission Assurance exposure to Flight Projects, and Applied Engineering and Technology managers and engineers through rotational assignments • Further foster collaboration between FPD, AETD and SMA • Program Methodology: Program include developmental assignments within Code 300 supporting flight projects, instruments and launch operations • Target Participants: Flight project/instrument/systems managers and engineers • Program Advisory Board Members: Maria So (Chair), Rob Sticka (Co-Chair), PradeepSinha (Program Manager), Eric Isaac, Mike Kelly, Carolyn Dent, John Wolfgang and Ed Amatucci • Management Commitment: Endorsed by the Director’s of 300/400/500

Pilot Program Implementation • Mark Hubbard (442) accepted Position in Code 323 • Jean-Marie Denis (562) working in Systems Review Office • NasirKashem (550) accepted Position in Code 322 • Jack Shue (563) with SMA Chief Engineer • Arturo Ferrer (581) in Software Assurance (Graduated, returned to AETD)
