  1. LIBRARY 16TH March 1991 Situated in the Center of the College building. the library is spread over 2 floors. Total Collection of the Books are : - 52480 Total Collection of National & International Journals and Magazines are : - 70 Books , B.B.A. Reports, Dissertations, Reference Material Like Year Books & Encyclopedia, Statistical Reports, Maps, are available in the Library. Library is Completely Computerized Issue - Return, Cataloging, Searching, Accessioning, Bar coding, Spine Tag, etc. All Work are doing on computer.

  2. ENTRANCE • Library will remain open from 9.00 A.M. to 5.00 P.M. • Keep Your Bags, Poly-bags, Personal Books or Magazines etc. outside the Library. • Keep Your hand purse, money, etc. with you. DO NOT LEAVE ANY MONEY OR PRECIOUS THING IN THE HANDBAGS / POLYBAG • ENTER YOUR NAME IN THE LIBRARY ENTRY REGISTER BEFORE ENTERING IN THE LIBRARY. • KEEP YOUR MOBILE PHONE SWITCHED OFF OR ON SILENT MODE.

  3. CIRCULATION DESK OR COUNTER • ISSUE -RETURN OF BOOKS TIME WILL BE 10.00 A.M. TO 3.00 P.M. • BOOKS WILL BE ISSUED FOR 15 DAYS. FAILURE TO RETURN THE BOOK SHALL BE LIABLE TO AN overdue CHARGE @ Rs.1.00 PER DAY. • PLEASE CHECK THE BOOKS WHILE BORROWING, FOR ANY TORN OR MISSING PAGES BEFORE ISSUING THEM AND REPORT TO THE LIBRARY STAFF. • IN CASE ANY PAGES AReFOUND MISSING OR TORN AT THE TIME OF RETURN YOU SHALL BE PENALIZED. • DO NOT TEAR THE PAGES OF ANY BOOK OR MAGAZINE; IF COUGHT, LIBRARY MEMBERSHIP WILL BE CANCELLED FOR THE WHOLE YEAR. • REFERENCE BOOKS, MAGAZINES, JOURNALS, NOT TO BE ISSUED SECTION BOOKS AND NEWS PAPERS WILL NOT BE ISSUED.

  4. ONLINE PUBLIC ACCESS CATALOUGE (OPAC) • ONLINE CATALOUGE IS AVAILABLE NEAR THE CIRCULATION COUNTER • STUDENTS CAN SEARCH BOOKS BY TITLS, AUTHOR, KEYWORDS, PUBLISHERS ETC. ON THE COMPUTER. • IF YOU CAN NOT FIND A BOOK ASK THE LIBRARY STAFF POLITELY TO HELP YOU to FIND IT.

  5. PERIODICAL SECTION NEW PAPER • 13 NEWS PAPER ARE AVAILABLE IN THE LIBRARY. • NEWS PAPER ARE KEPT ON STANDS AT THE LIBRARY ENTERANCE FOR EASY READING. MAGAZINES • THERE ARE 30 MAGAZINES DISPLAY IN THE LIBRARY. • SOME NEWS LETTER ARE ALSO AVAILABLE IN THE LIBRARY FOR READING. jOURNALS • 13 NATIONAL & INTERNATIONAL JOURNALS ARE DISPLAY ON THE PERIODICAL DISPLAY RACK IN THE LIBRARY. • THESE JOURNALS ARE ARRANGED BY SUBJECT WISE.

  6. MAIN READING HALL • THERE IS A BIG READING HALL WITH THE SITTING CAPACITY OF 70-80 STUDENTS. • THIS IS A BIG LOUNGE WITH text BOOKS AND MAGAZINES RACKS AND DISPLAY TREES FOR NEW ARRIVALS. • THERE IS A NOT TO BE ISSUED SECTION IN THE READING HALL. • 5 year old questions paper are also display.

  7. REFERENCE ROOM • There is a collection of 5000 books in reference room. • THERE IS A READING HALL WITH THE SITTING CAPACITY OF 25 STUDENTS. • Reference Material Like : Dictionaries, thesaurus, multi volume books, Year Books & Encyclopedia, Statistical Reports, Maps, subject dictionaries, etc.

  8. CYBER ROOM • there is facilities like download and internet surfing are available for the students. PHOTO STAT MACHINE • A photo copier machine has been provided in the library for the use of the students. • Timing for the photocopy : 11.00 A.M. TO 3.00 P.M.

  9. IST FLOOR OF THE LIBRARY • ENGLISH LITERATRUE, HINDI LITERATURE AND Sanskrit literature. • English medium books for B.Com and B.a. • Sitting capacity with 30 students. • BOOK BANK • This section of the library offers textbooks to students who are unable to buy them. • needy students can borrow books till the annual examination. • forms are available in the library
