  2. 安裝EndNote X1 • 系統需求 • Windows 2000，Service Pack 3以上 • Windows XP，Service Pack 2 • Windows Vista • Pentium 450 MHz • 256MB RAM • 至少180MB的硬碟空間 • 網路瀏覽器 • 文書處理器 • Microsoft Word 2000、XP (2002)、2003、2007 • WordPerfect 10-12 • RTF：Microsoft Word、WordPerfect、OpenOffice、StarOffice、FrameMaker、WordPad

  6. Import 方式 • 自行輸入 • 從資料庫直接將資料匯入 • 將從資料庫下載的純文字檔案利用Filter匯入 • 利用EndNote查詢PubMed或其他Z39.50網站並將資料轉入

Reference欄位 • 作者 • 可輸入多位作者 • 每位作者必須單獨一列 • Figure • 可插入圖表 • 只能插入一張圖表 • Reference → Figure → Attach Figure → 找到檔案 → 開啟 • 輸入完畢將滑鼠移至Caption一欄，輸入圖片名稱即可 • URL • 可輸入檔案路徑或網址 • 將滑鼠移到URL一欄後，滑鼠變成手的圖示，點選該URL即可開啟預設瀏覽器連至該網站 • 亦可利用工具列上方的Open URL進行連結 • File Attachments • References → File Attachments → Attach File → 選擇要連結的檔案(最多可45筆)

  12. Management 管理 • 將不同來源的資料以一致的形式儲存 • 資料可進行編輯修改 • 新增、修改、刪除 • 可管理圖片和檔案 (URL和Figure) • 管理群組資料 • 建立新群組(最多50個) • 儲存文獻到群組中 • 重複資料的管理 • 找出Library中重複的資料 • 避免匯入重複的資料 • 自行定義重複

  16. Retrieval 查詢資料 • 可查詢EndNote Library內的資料 • 檢索網路上的資料庫 • PubMed • 圖書館館藏目錄 • 其他 • 檢索策略可以儲存並再利用

  18. 利用EndNote查詢PubMed並將資料下載 • 開啟Library • Tools → Online Search → New Search → 出現Choose A Connection視窗 → 移動右側卷軸找到並選取PubMed[NLM] → 點選Choose → 出現Online Search PubMed MEDLINE at PubMed(NLM)視窗 • 由下拉選單選擇欲查詢的欄位，並於下方空白中輸入檢索條件，可利用布林邏輯(and, or, not)結合多個欄位進行查詢 • 檢索條件輸入完畢按下Search，系統開始連結至PubMed，傳回Confirm Online Search之視窗，若欲全部下載則直接點選OK • 開始逐筆下載檢索結果 • 選取欲儲存至Library之文獻，可選取多筆或單筆，按下上方之Copy All to，選擇目標Library後即可
