An era of Modernization and An era of Modernization and Urbanization Urbanization With the increase and rise in demand of houses and similarly with an increase in land prices and construction prices, the Vanshi Group has come up with some amazing ideas of construction of houses. After the successful completion of several projects which was headed by the director of the Vanshi Build Tech Groups, they have launched a new project under the guidance of the capital’s government. There were many projects by the company which has been successfully completed, but these projects were meant for HIG and affluent people. Many pent houses and villas were under construction by the company and have been successfully completed till date, along with handing over the possession to the consumers. However, this time, the Vanshi Group has come up with some of the newer projects which have already gone on floors.

  2. The current ongoing projects come under the land pooling scheme 2022. According to this scheme, the government along with the company has announced to hand over the possession of the houses and the flats to the consumers at very economical prices. You have heard it right! This time these flats and houses are being constructed for the LIG and the MIG< keeping in mind their living needs and requirements, the company has come forward to break its own trend of constructing posh and high standard of living. The current project that is almost about to get completed lies under the L zone Dwarka Project. According to this project, all the area in and around Dwarka L zone will come under this project. Houses, 2-3BHK flats and luxurious apartments are being constructed and will be given at very affordable rates. People and families, who come under the category of lower income group and those of lower middle class, can become the owner of these houses. This is open for all. Whether public sector or private sector, all can benefit from this project.
