  1. Matrix Settles is Pleased to Announce the Newest Member of Our Team: Ms. Petrino has twenty-five years of experience with public and private sector clients. As a licensed interior designer, she has been responsible for the design of over twenty-five million square feet of interior space. During her past association with Metropolitan Architects and Planners, Alexandria, Virginia, she served as a Project Manager where she coordinated delivery of interior design services to federal clients, including the U. S. Department of Commerce, the Environmental Protection Agency and the Patent and Trademark Office.  Ms. Petrino achieved NCIDQ certification in 1988, and has held a license to practice interior design in the District of Columbia. She has been a professional member of both the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) and the Institute of Business Designers (IBD). From September 1996 to September 1997, she served as the President of the Washington Metropolitan Chapter of ASID. She has been an advisor on a wide variety of interior design panels as well as the author of articles appearing in local and national publications. Mary Petrino, ASID Project Manager
