  2. PUBLICITY • Don’t publicize until you have received an email saying your event has been approved • Turning in forms early = more publicity time • Don’t post anything on glass, murals, ceilings • This includes windows and glass doors

  3. POSTER Room • Clean up after yourself • Do not leave posters overnight • Any posters left by the end of the day will be thrown away

  4. Submitting forms • Events are only approved on Thursday business meetings • Plan accordingly! • Master Calendar Request forms must be submitted at least two weeks in advance • Fill out forms completely before submitting them

  5. Club Rush • Sign in with us at the beginning • No styrofoam • Money must be turned in within 24 hours • This is a state law • Failure to do so = cannot sell at next Club Rush

  6. Other • Check emails on a regular basis • All updates are sent by email • Notify us of any club directory or contact info changes Any questions, comments, etc. email us at clubs@mymathresource.com
