3. OLMS Public Disclosure Website Presentation • To access LM 2, LM-3 or LM-4 Reports, click the Union Search Link

4. OLMS Public Disclosure Website Presentation • To view a specific report, enter the LM number in the file number box. If you don’t know the LM number you can search by name or partial name, or any other identifying information you may know.

OLMS Public Disclosure Website Presentation You can click on the Fiscal Year to see the latest fiscal year, or click on the Affiliation/Organization Name to see detailed union information including all reports filed by the union. Or select a listing to see detailed information. Check the radio button next to the desired report name and click submit. • Adding Unions to your Result Set • If you want to add more unions to the result set, you can save the checked items and return to the search screen and add more items to the result set. • All report data is downloadable to a CSV format which can then be opened in Excel or any other text tool.

OLMS Public Disclosure Website Presentation • Officer/Employee Search allows you to perform several types of searches: • By Officer/Employee name • By Union Information • By Receipt or Disbursement amounts • Here we are searching for officers and/or employees who have J Smith in their name and have received disbursements between $100 and $1000

OLMS Public Disclosure Website Presentation • Payer/Payee Search allows you to perform similar searches on officer/employee with the addition of Itemization schedule • Here we are searching for payees who have “Printing” in their name and have received disbursements between $20,000 and $25,000 in the General Overhead category

11. OLMS Public Disclosure Website Presentation • Select the year (2004 currently has the most data) • Click the download button and save to your computer • File is saved in a pipe delimited format. Pipe: | • You can open in a text editor (like Notepad) or in Excel using a pipe delimiter • View the readme file for an explanation of all the files provided • The lm_data_data_ file contains most report data that is not schedule information
