  1. Limited Warranty of 90 Days

  2. Accelebritewarrants this product to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of ninety days from the date of original purchase from an authorized Accelebrite retailer.

  3. If this product exhibits such defects, Accelebrite will, at its option, repair or replace it without cost for parts or labor. The product must be shipped, prepaid to an authorized Service Center.

  4. The cost to ship the product to an authorized Service Center is the responsibility of the consumer.

  5. The warranty does not cover finishes or normal wear, nor does it cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, dirt, water, tampering, unreasonable use, service performed by unauthorized service agencies, failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance, including recharging, or units that have been modified or used for commercial purposes.

  6. IN NO EVENT WILL ACCELEBRITE AND/OR ITS ASSOCIATED COMPANIES BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT.
