Psychopaths are born mean Highly aggressive behavior Psychopath or Sociopath? Show No Emotion by Ryan Blatney Irresponsible and blame others for actions
It’s not a psychopath’s fault when they kill someone. Psychopath’s are born with something wrong in their brain, so we can not always blame them for their actions. There are two different parts of the brain. One is used for emotional responses, and the other is used for decision making. A psychiatrist named Dr.Craig said, “There needs to be a connection between these two areas of the brain, which deal with emotions and control of emotions. If it doesn’t work you could see how that could lead to problems”. Psychopaths don’t have the ability to control their emotions, so when they commit crimes it is different than if a normal person did it. So when a psychopath commits a crime there should be a consequence, but instead of going to jail they can be sent to a mental institution.
Highly aggressive behavior... Psychopaths are selfish and very aggressive. They will get into physical fights and assaults and will repeat these actions over and over again. They are also overly confident. When they are performing an action they think that they are the best at it. They think they can do things better than anyone else. When they find themselves in a situation where they are not the best, they will lie and say they were. They are proud of their achievements and sometimes leave a sign after committing a crime. For example, a serial killer may leave an Ace of Spades card on a dead body. The FBI will give serial killers a nickname and might call this psychopath the Ace of Spades killer. According to WebMD reporter Robert Preidt, “About 23 percent of people in prison are psychopaths, compared with about 1 percent of people in the general population.”
Psychopaths show no emotion... They have no emotion or shallow emotions which means they don’t feel shame, guilt, fear, etc… Doctors did brain tests on these types of people. When they are lying, a normal person would sweat, but a psychopath would stay calm. In the movie Hannibal, the main character is a psychopath. He eats peoples body parts. In a scene, he cut open a man’s head and ate his brain for dinner. He didn’t show any emotion or feel badly for doing it. Should Hannibal go to jail? Criminals who are psychopaths commit 50 percent more crimes than criminals who are not. The prisons are not helping to change to mind of a psychopath, but they might be able to get better if they went to a mental institution where the doctors could try to cure them.
They are irresponsible and blame others for their actions... Psychopaths are people suffering from a mental disorder which makes them act differently than normal people. Irresponsible is a word used to describe a psychopath. Doctors describe these people as irresponsible, because they blame other people for the bad things they do. When they are forced into a corner, they might admit that they did it, but they would still do the same thing in the future. Another way that they are irresponsible is that they will not help other people. If they do sometimes help people they might do it by killing others. A known psychopath, Hannibal Lecter tries to help a detective to get back at her boss by cutting his brain, and he will die from this.
Psychopath or Sociopath? You might be confused about the difference between a psychopath and a sociopath. A psychopath can’t love someone, but a sociopath can. Sociopaths will not hurt their family or friends, but if you are a psychopath you kill your parents and your siblings. You don’t care, because you don’t have feelings for anybody. Some psychopaths and sociopaths seem outwardly normal, but they are all mean on the inside.
How to learn more and Reply to this article... Not all people are born the same. People with psychopathic behavior are suffering from a mental disorder. They lack empathy, remorse or guilt and don’t think anything is their fault. Psychopaths are selfish, manipulative and don’t feel love towards anyone or trust anyone. Their emotions are shallow, and they have superficial charm. Scientists have proven that their brains are different from normal people. They commit horrible crimes, but they can’t help their behavior. The world would be safer if we put criminal psychopaths in mental hospitals instead of jails. In a hospital, doctors might be able to study them and try to help them get better.
