  10. 360 Degree Qualities • Servanthood – Doing whatever it takes • Resourcefulness – Finding creative ways to make things happen • Maturity – Putting the team before oneself • Endurance – Remaining consistent in character and competence over the long haul • Countability – Being able to be counted when it counts
