Our Vision • To Improve the Health and Wellbeing of All People in Aberdeenshire, Reduce Health Inequalities and Promote Social Inclusion.
A Three Strand Approach • The Must – Do Priorities for Aberdeenshire generally (universal – e.g. HPS) • Targeted Effort to Address Specific Communities and Themes of Disadvantage • Improving Access To Services, eg to overcome rural disadvantage and exclusion.
