  3. Moving Forward • Contractor walk through scheduled for February 22, 2011 • Project Bids accepted March 3, 2011 • Contractor recommendations to the BOE on March 8, 2011 • Contractor mobilization beginning in early April, 2011

  4. Phasing : • Scheduling Goals: • Minimize disruption to students / staff during the school year • Upgrade HVAC systems by September 2011 • Main Campus Overall Staging Area • Large Permanent Staging Area in gravel lot below the District Office • Summer Lay Down Areas at both the High School and Wheeler Elementary School
