  2. Question One What is your favourite music genre? From the information presented on this pie chart it is obvious that popular chart music is the current favourite type of music.

  3. Question 2What additional features would you like a magazine to have? As you can see, embarrassing moments, freebies and posters have been voted the most popular here.

  4. Question 3What type of advertisements would you like to see in the new music magazine? The majority of people who took the questionnaire preferred CD/DVD advertisements in magazines, but tours/gigs/events, fashion and careers was also quite high.

  5. Question 4Generally, how do you purchase a magazine? Looks like most people prefer to purchase there magazines from their local shop, therefore I will advertise my magazine mainly in shops and eventually create a web site to enable customers to subscribe.

  6. Question 5On average, how many pages do you think a new music magazine should have? Most people here have said that they prefer a magazine with over 150 pages, so I will have to produce one to that level and add more advertisements in too.

  7. Question 6What aspects of the magazine influence your purchase? It looks here as though people are more interested in the articles and the cover-stars than the brand of the magazine of the colours. The price affects them slightly but it does not seem too important.

  8. Question 7How often do you purchase a magazine? Most people seem to purchase magazines monthly or occasionally therefore I will produce the magazine monthly and have more than 200 pages as I will be able to include many articles because a lot of things would have happened throughout that month.

  9. Question 8What is your budget when purchasing a magazine? It appears that most people are not too fussed about the price of the magazine so I will most likely charge £4.00

  10. Question 9What articles interest you within a magazine? Most people would rather see articles about music than anything else, although celebrity and fashion is also quite popular.

  11. Question 10Annually, how often would you like a new music magazine to be produced? Here, people prefer a magazine to be produced either monthly or fortnightly so I will have to decide between the two.
