Koochiching Crash Data Overview Rural Crashes • 100% of the CSAH/CR severe crashes occurred in rural areas. Non-Intersection Related Crashes • 50% (2) of CSAH/CR rural severe crashes are non-intersection related. • 100% (2) of CSAH/CR severe rural, non-intersection related are run off road severe crashes, 50% (1) of which occurred on a curve. Intersection-Related Crashes • 11% of CSAH/CR rural severe crashes are intersection-related. • 75% occurred at thru-stop intersections (33% of these crashes were right angle) Urban Crashes • 3% (1 crash) of the CSAH/CR severe crashes occurred in urban areas.
