Ingevulde en ondertekende ECABO aanvraagformulier legitimatiebewijs naar: ECABO Fase 2 Controle A, B* en terugzending aanvraagformulier ECABO legitimatiebewijs naar werkgever. POLITIEREGIO Fase 3 Verzending ondertekende aanvraagformulier ECABO legitimatiebewijs naar politieregio. Fase 4 Is de screening akkoord en het aanvraagformulier ECABO ondertekend? Dan volgt afgifte van het legitimatiebewijs voor drie jaar * A. of het diploma van de leerling voorkomt in het register van de SVPB B. of de beveiligingsorganisatie beschikt over een ND-, PGW-, BD-, POB- en/of HND-nummer van het Ministerie van Justitie
