Health triangle • Mental: You’ll see that’s by following your nutritional guild lines you'll have a better self image and be more confident of yourself. • Social: By having a better self image and being more confident you wont be scared to talk to people and be involved in sports and meet friends. • Physical: If you follow your nutritional guild lines you'll be healthier and happy.

  3. PUT In writing • The first thing you want to do is set realistic goals for what you want achieve and keep a record of what you’ve done and currently doing such as the following. • Always stretch. • And set what you want to • Do on it maybe. • Also mix up your work out • and eat healthy.

  4. eating • One very important part of following your nutritional guild lines is eating right, such as grains, meat dairy fruit and vegetables. • One popular goal is to lose weight. If you want to lose weight you want low calorie and lots of exercise. • Another is to gain muscle. If you want • To gain muscle then lots of calories • And lots of exercise.

  5. supplements • Vitamin and mineral supplements are important if you want to follow your nutritional guild lines. Because you might not be getting your recommended daily amount of vitamins and minerals. Also if you have low cholesterol or something you might need a supplement to help that. • Some supplements aren't vitamins or minerals some are for obese people, some are • pills that cause fat to the or body • Some even make the person feel full • so they don’t eat as much so • They can lose weight.

My dads story • My dad was 253 pounds, high cholesterol, sleep apnea, acid reflux and pre diabetic so in 2008 my dad (Michael Crudele) in 6 months he lost 80 pounds through diet and exercise and following his own nutritional guild lines and now has done a marathon , over 10 half marathons, three 200 mile relays, and got his cholesterol under control with no medicine no longer has sleep apnea or is pre diabetic all by following his nutritional guild lines. Also still fallows them today.
