  2. There are 3 ways of Entering ORF and PACER in SAMIS • Individually using the Case Data Gatherer link. • By Group using the Performance Measurement Quick Entry. • Using the Multiple Participant Admin Point Entry.

  3. 1. Using the Case Data Gatherer

  4. Main Menu >> Case Data Gatherer

  5. Perform a CDG Search

  6. Select Admin Point Quick Entry link under Performance Measurements

  7. ORF Entry Screen

  8. In the same screen, enter the PACER scores if applicable, ensure to ‘Save’ once finished

  9. 2. By Group using the Performance Measurement Quick Entry.

  10. Select Performance Measurement Quick Entry from the Main Menu

  11. Select the Search Criteria as illustrated, click ‘Search’

  12. In this screen, click under each AdmPts icon as outlined below

  13. Click ‘Save’ after the information is updated, click ‘Back to PM Quick Entry’

  15. 3. Using the Multiple Participant Admin Point Entry

  16. Select Multiple Paticipant Admin Point Entry from the Main Menu

  17. Select the search criteria as indicated below, click ‘Search’

  18. Select the Admin Point you wish to enter (PRE, MID, POST Test), click ‘Search’

  19. Insert the ‘Apply Admin Point Date’ (test date), the scores for each participant and click ‘Apply’ in each row to save your changes
