Chirurgia mininvasiva Chirurgia mininvasiva non significa “minincisione”; perchč solo la piccola incisione della pelle riduce la visione e aumenta le probabilitŕ di danneggiare gli organi interessati dalla procedura chirurgica, diminuendo la precisione degli strumenti introdotti; č quello che in gergo si chiama chirurgia dal buco della serratura. Il termine di MININVASIVITA' si riferisce ad un atto chirurgico che preveda la minore lesivitŕ possibile per tutti i tessuti coinvolti.
