Efforts Since Ottawa GSC-8 Identified many areas of continuing interest or High Interest Subjects (HIS), TIA has had active work in almost all these areas: • IMT-2000 and Beyond 3GPP2 OP and Secretariat and TR-45 2) Emergency Communications TR-8, MESA, P25, E911, Location Based Services, ANSI HSSP, ETS, WPS, TR-45 PoC, cdma450 3) Security and Lawful Interception 3GPP2, all technologies standardized, and CALEA/LAES 4) Broadband Access TR-45, TR-34, TR-8, MESA, etc. 5) Internet Protocol over Wireless TR-45, 3GPP2, TR-41 VoIP over WLAN, TR-34 IPoS GSC-9, Seoul

Efforts Since Ottawa GSC-8 Identified many areas of continuing interest or High Interest Subjects (HIS), TIA has had active work in almost all these areas: 6) Fora and Consortia Agreements signed with new Fora, ANSI HSSP outreach to Fora, Participate in ANSI Fora Ad Hoc, ANSI/ESO meeting 7) NGN – Architecture and Protocols • End to End QoS • Service Platforms • Network Management • Lawful/Legal Interception • Security • Inter-working Work across all TIA Engineering Committees related to NGN GSC-9, Seoul
