Phase I standards are complete awaiting publication. • Phase IIa standards support access to cdma2000 operator data and IMS services. Phase IIa standards are in balloting for publication. • Phase IIb work supports IMS/VoIP handoffs between WLAN access and cdma2000 packet access networks.
