Cancellation Reviews NAVICP will research requisition cancellations and reorder items or replacement items as appropriate. 11.Inter/Intra Agency Interface NAVICP can interface on the behalf of the customer with multiple agencies e.g. DLA, GSA, USAF, USA etc to obtain the required item. 12. Pricing and Availability NAVICP can provide pricing and availability for aircraft system spares. The NAVICP FMS Aviation Department (Code P751) The NAVICP’s FMS Aviation Dept Code P751 provides aviation support for the initial support phase of a FMS customers’ operation by identifying, computing and providing the spare parts for the initial support package. After the initial support phase is over, P751 can provide follow-on technical support in the following areas: 1.Configuration Management NAVICP can advise on part number changes, parts inter- changeability and obsolescence issues. 2. Sources of Supply NAVICP can investigate and evaluate government and commercial sources for aviation spares. 3. Publications NAVICP provides information on obtaining supply/technical publications. 4. Shelf Life Issues NAVICP can provide information on such issues as deterioration, temperature, and climate control, needed to warehouse spare parts. 5. Support Equipment Support NAVICP can produce allowance documents for support equipment. 6.Supportability Assessment NAVICP can provide assessments of aircraft systems supportability in future years for out of production/ out of inventory aircraft.. 7.Non Standard Items NAVICP can provide information on pricing, availability, and sources of supply for items without stock numbers. 8. Quantity per Unit Pack NAVICP can review customer lists, matching quantity desired with quantity per unit pack to ensure that correct quantities are ordered. 9. Data Interchange NAVICP can provide spares data information, or train the customer how to obtain it using the NAVICP web site.
