  4. The Best Schedule • Fill out the registration card: • Carefully – use a pencil • Fill it out completely • Talk to your teachers • Talk to your parents • Be serious about the classes you choose!

  5. Registration Instructions • Fill out the front of the card: • Name • Student Number • Current School • Choose 8 full periods - 16 Total Boxes Total One box = Semester Class Two boxes = Full Year Class

  7. English 950 Lexile Score – Ask your English teacher if you don’t know it

English 10 Honors • Expectations • Summer reading (500 page book) • Pace of the class is faster • Reading and writing outside of class time • Read 2-3 novels a quarter (Regular English class 1-2) • Write 2-3 essays a quarter (Regular English class 1-2) • Contract • Read and complete the contract • Student and Parent signature • Turn in the contract with your registration card to the counselor
