Course selections • May 1 deadline for master schedule completion. • In absence of test scores, final grades, etc. the teacher recommendations will hold a lot of weight in regards to initial placement. BHS will adjust in July with accurate data from 2012-13. • Initial schedule changes can be made through March 18… then once information is finalized in July, we will revise as needed.

  5. Registration appointments • If requested, registration appointments can be made with an administrator or counselor for each grade level. Appointments are available • March 11 800am-430pm • March 12 800am-430pm • March 13 800am-430pm • March 14 700am-700pm* extend hrs. (PT Conf.) • March 15 800am-330pm • March 18 800am-430pm

  6. Handouts • Course checklist/worksheet… • Health and PE is assigned by birthdate to help with scheduling driver’s education. • CTE/Arts hand outs for different program areas

  7. Final steps • Letter generated from on line system will be processed from BHS • It will outline course selections and a chance to select an appointment request/time. • By returning the letter signed by both student and parent, you are indicating you are satisfied with the courses selected and the requests will be processed into our system.

  8. Miscellaneous Sports physicals for the 2013-14 school year is MAY 16 starting at 6pm here at BHS…good for one calendar year from the date Cheerleading tryouts for football and basketball squads is April 22-26 at BHS Rising freshman will tour BHS campus in late April. Fine arts questions see instructors and check website Summer football begins June 13
