Direct Delivery (“Brown Box”): Food items that come directly from USDA W- Code items: Washington State (OSPI) has bulk USDA foods processed into end products Diversion: LEA or Co-op sends bulk USDA foods to be processed into end products DoD Fresh: Allows you to use your entitlement dollars to purchase fresh produce Pre-Order Survey: Your commitment to what items you will order for the next school year
